Reverend Father Michael FrancisMCKENNA(Newcastle) Peacefully at St Josephs Home on 17th July 2023, aged 87 years. Father Michael served the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle for the past 61 years. Beloved brother of Anne, Clare and the late Bill, a much loved uncle and great uncle of all the family and friend to many. To be received into the Chapel, St Joseph's Home, Westmorland Road on Thursday 24th August at 5.00pm, a retiring collection for St Joseph's Home will be held after the service. Requiem Mass on Friday 25th August at St Mary's Cathedral Church, Newcastle at 12.05pm, Interment to follow at Garden House Cemetery, Swalwell at 1.45pm.
